Trip to KL

Our trip to KL was short and sweet. We spent 2 days with a friend and her family visiting from Singapore. The rest of the time we just chilled and ate and shopped and caught up with friends. Nice.

Sometime in June the kids attended a soccer party.

It was pretty cool as they had T-shirts printed with their names and numbers.

The girls had pom poms thus creating their own cheers.

Bought a HOUSE!

First of all, my camera's battery died on me and for the life of me, i cannot find the charger. That is the excuse for not posting anything on my blog for the pass months :-)
Secondly, have been plain lazy.
Thirdly, we just bought a house! We are now officially having debts coming out off our ears and noses for the next 25 years. The house is a 2 story corner terrace 3 rows from pasir ris park. We love the location as like i said it is 3 rows from pasir ris park. Also, 5 mins walk from the market which works out very well for me as Su can still do the marketing "-)
We will move in a year from now only as:
3 months for complete sales and purchase
3 months requested by seller to stay on after completion.
4-6 months for renovation....sigh!

Thanks Szue Fei. I forgot I have a blog. This 2 months have been super busy with Christmas, Li-Ann's b'day, my b'day and Ti-Jin's b'day all happening at the same time. Ok. I know some of you have heard my mum or me mention this product and have brushed it of as another so called MLM item. I for one do not and have not throughout my mums MLM days been a fan of this kind of business. I can then say that if i rave about Optivin is because i personally think it is soo good. Since Ti-Jin was born till a month ago, he has had sinus problems. Breathing through his mouth is a normal thing for him as his nose is perpetually blocked. Since taking this, I am MOST( being his mother and all ) happy to say that he is finally putting his nose to use. Li-Ann's eczema is so much better too. I know most of us have someone we know who probably is constantly looking for something natural to solve their health problems. Really, I feel you should read about it online to know more. They claim it can help with skin problems, eye problems, diseases etc.
Don't let something good pass through you just because you don't like the way it is marketed. Me and my Amigos

Cupcakes for sale:)

As promised, some pics of my cupcakes. So far business comes from friends only.
Even that, I am kept pretty busy. Am very happy with this new hobby. Enjoying every
minute of it. My cakes come in 3 flavors: chocolate, orange butter and banana.
The banana is the favorite especially with adults and my orange cake is my personal
favorite. Will post the not decorated ones as I am not good with designs ( piping) and
most of my orders are for plain...the way I like it...out of the oven and into the mouth.

Dancing shoes

Started dance classes about 10 weeks ago. So far have learnt to disco rock, rock and roll, cha cha and will be waltzing tomorrow. Ah, also another reason why i've been so busy lately is that i've started selling cupcakes. Tell more about it in my next posting.

Have been wanting to add more to my blog these pass few days. Cracked my brains as to what to write. Zena and Mark walk around with a camera everywhere they go, thus having nice photos of everyday life to talk about. Mummy on the other hand, is plain funny....can't copy that! Bottom line is simply have nothing interesting in my life worth mentioning. How's this for a posting :-)

Don't get me wrong. I am an extremely busy woman, aspiring to be a blogger. Till the next time I have something real to share....don't ask me if I've updated my blog. For now I'll settle for just reading the comments.

Our Holiday

What i thought would be a disastrous time for Andrew and i turned out to be quite good.
We cramped Disneyland, outlet shopping and Universal studios into our 4 days in L.A.
After which we ( i mean Andrew ) drove a good 7 hours to San Francisco.
In SFO it was more relaxing as we did mostly parks, fisherman's waft, brunch with Chui Ming's in-laws, a bit more shopping and play-grounds. Andrew and Alexander hired a small plane and took turns flying to and from Lake Tahoe with Ti-Jin looking on admiringly. They spent an afternoon there having lunch and taking in the the sights of that beautiful lake ( or like TJ says it's like a sea ). We also took a ferry to a small town called Sausalito just across the Golden Gate Bridge. All in all, it was a very fullfilling trip for us as we spent a lot of quality time with the kids. Highlight for them was definitely Disneyland.

I finally got around to reading the blogs of my mum which led me to the rest of your blogs. Needless to say , this is the result of all that. Am quite impressed that this is a good way of keeping in touch and at the same time getting to share a bit of our lives with each other.
